What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you ordered, but in case you don’t, you can return your purchase if the product is damaged or defective.

How long do I have to make a return?

All items must be returned according to the instructions below within 30 days.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must have a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) on the shipping label.
If you wish to return your item it must meet these conditions:
• New Condition
• Not Damaged
• In original Packaging
Within 14 business days after receiving the item, please send an Email to Admin@mrsmith.com requesting an RMA# and the reason why you would like to return the item. We will contact you within 2 business days with instructions.
Once a return is received it is inspected and assessed for restocking to be resold, the item is subject to a 10% restocking fee, a fee if found used, missing parts or damaged or not in the original packaging. Shipping, restocking and/or other charges are deducted prior to refunding.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
We only sell new products and all products are sent in brand new condition.
Products are shipped in the original factory packaging that is inspected for damage by carrier before shipping. Before we can accept returns for item damaged during shipping, the damages should be recorded (photograph when possible) and duly noted by the carrier when delivered, damages found after delivery should be photograph upon opening the package.
If obvious shipping damage exists on delivery, thoroughly inspect your order, review and record the damages with the carrier or refuse the delivery.
For all damaged while in transit circumstances, you must file a damage claim within 3 days of delivery.
When the damaged parts of a product are replaceable, we will work with you to replace these parts free of charge.
DEFECTIVE, NOT DAMAGED
All our products are factory tested and approved before shipping, however on occasion a defective part may occur by shipping, assembly or first time use. Our technical support will assist you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem free of charge.
A defective item that has been approved for exchange or refund by technical support must be returned within 15 business days of approval packaged as received.
